Gemma Collins and Darren Day’s festive cover of Baby, It’s Cold Outside is a contender in this year’s chart battle, with the winner due to be announced on Christmas Day.

Gemma is going head to head with Mariah’s festive classic All I Want For Christmas Is You, which went to No1 for the first time last week.

Gemma said: “Mariah needs to drop back so I can take my crowning glory at No1.If anyone’s going to out-diva Mariah, it’s me.” Gemma and Darren have recorded a “feminist” version of the hit, swapping the parts’ genders, so it’s Darren who asks: “What’s in this drink?” Gemma, 39, aware of the controversy surrounding
