OK! can exclusively reveal that we spotted former TOWIE stars James Argent and Gemma Collins doing just that on a chilly bank holiday Monday.The pair were spotted at an outdoor pool in South East London, about 30 miles from their hometown of Brentwood.

Gemma, 39, sat by the side of the pool after her dip as she watched Arg do his lengths in the lido.The 33-year-old previously vowed to ‘get fit or die trying’ in an Instagram post back in October.
