Gemma Atkinson has been told to 'watch out' as she shared an adorable new video of her baby son that appeared to leave his dad Gorka Marquez emotional.

The couple only welcomed their second child into the world three weeks ago. Gemma, 38, and Gorka, 32, announced their son, Thiago Thomas Marquez, had arrived on July 17.
