The Hits Radio host marked two weeks since welcoming her second child into the world via C-section by offering an update on her recovery.
Gemma and her fiance Gorka Marquez announced earlier this month that their 'wonderful' son, Thiago Thomas Marquez, had made his entrance into the world after making his parents and older sister wait slightly longer than expected to meet him.
They announced back in January that they were expanding their brood following the birth of their first child, Mia, in July 2019.
