Gemma Atkinson has joked 'you should have heard me' as she recalled her labour while watching a video of herself in the gym.

The Hits Radio host previously joked that it was her fiance Gorka Marquez's fault that she was back for a new 12-week programme at celebrity fitness haunt Ultimate Performance (UP Fitness) in Manchester.

It's will not be a surprise to her fans and followers that Gemma, 39, is into her health and fitness and during her second pregnancy last year, was honest about her keenness to get back into her gym routine once safe to do so after the birth of her son, Thiago, back in July.

Gemma has now reunited with her former trainer, known as 'Evil Steve' and in previous clip of her back in action at the gym, the new mum-of-two said: "The last time I did this was 2017 because we were getting me ready for Strictly and now, because of Strictly, I'm back here because it's due to Strictly I've had two children with Gorka."
