Gemma Atkinson has once again kept it real with her fans and followers who regular follow her updates when it comes to her career and personal life.

Fans of the Hits Radio host will likely know she's into her fitness and has recently been documenting her 12 week programme as she headed back to her personal trainer several months after welcoming her second child.

Gemma, 39, and her fiance Gorka Marquez, 33, expanded their adorable brood in July last year with their son Thiago after revealing they were expecting baby number two in January 2023 following the birth of their first child, Mia, in July 2019.

While revilling in the arrival of her second, and last, child, Gemma ccontinued to be open and honest about her plans to get back to her pre-pregnancy fitness and recently revealed she smashed all of her expectations.
