Gemma Atkinson has shared an honest parenting update with fans as she cleared up a family decision with Gorka Marquez. The Hits Radio host is no stranger to keeping it real when it comes to her personal life on social media.

As fans know, Gemma is engaged to Strictly Come Dancing star Gorka, after they met during the BBC One dance contest in 2017, and now share two children together - five-year-old Mia and Thiago, one.

Gemma has previously spoken about two being the magic number when it comes to be lucky enough to have children and now she's reiterated that point as she was woken in the early hours by her young son.

Taking to Instagram on Friday morning (January 31), Gemma was seen in a video sitting on the sofa alongside a tired-looking Thiago as he watched a bit of children's TV that was playing in the background. "Hello 18 month sleep regression," she wrote alongside the post. "3.40am he was ready to get up.
