The presenter and actress was co-hosting her Hits Radio Drivetime show alongside pal Mike Toolan when she brought up that Strictly Come Dancing star Gorka had forgotten their recent anniversary on February 5.
The dancer predicted his fiancée would discuss the moment on the radio show as he took to Instagram with his admission before she got the chance.
As he pushed his son Thiago in his pram on a walk before picking Mia up from school, the Spanish dancer spoke directly to the camera as he said: "I shouldn't being saying this because it's going to make me look so bad but today's Gemma and I's anniversary.
