Ex-Strictly Come Dancing star Gemma Atkinson has opened up about the early challenges she faced with beau Gorka Marquez following the birth of their first child.The couple, who fell for each other on the dance floor of Strictly Come Dancing, are doting parents to little Mia, aged five, and their adorable 17-month-old son Thiago.
