Gemma Atkinson was left delivering a hilarious joke at the expense of Gorka Marquez as she discussed, with a tongue in her cheek, their marriage plans on a day which was said to be popular for divorces.

Fans will know that the Hits Radio host and the Strictly Come Dancing star met when Gemma was a contestant in the BBC One dance contest in 2017.

They went public with their relationship the following year before getting engaged in 2021. In their nearly seven years together, the couple have also welcomed two children into the world.

Daughter Mia was born in July 2019 and their son Thiago arrived just over five years later in July 2023. But despite getting engaged four years ago next month, Gemma is in no rush to walk down the aisle and had an amusing conversation with her radio co-host Mike Toolan this week as they returned to hosting duties on the Hits Radio drivetime show.
