The US reality TV star's picture went viral due to the contrast in appearance compared with selfies on her own social media feeds.
Khloe was pictured standing by a pool with no make-up and in a leopard-print bikini and her team were said to have been working to have the image taken down.
Khloe, 33, issued a lengthy statement on Thursday and after seeing the the fall-out spread across the news, Gemma decided to have her say.
