Gemma Atkinson has issued a lengthy response to being asked 'are you not afraid' in response to a post she shared on social media about her daughter.

The Hits Radio host makes no secret of the fact that she is a keen gym-goer and is very much into her health and fitness. And having a dancer for a fiance also means that she and Gorka Marquez can be often seen using the home gym or heading out on walks together.

So it's no surprise that their daughter, Mia, also follows their lead and is not shy in the gym, using her own toy equipment and getting to play around with her mum and dad.

Gemma, 38, and Gorka, 32, are also fans of the CrossFit games and are often keeping up to date with their pals who compete. And the couple have previously shared how Mia has also picked up and interest and enjoy creating her own 'games' at the family's Greater Manchester home.
