The Hits Radio host has been reunited with her fiance Gorka Marquez this weekend after he's been spending the weekdays away in London rehearsing for Strictly Come Dancing.
It means the new family of four has been together only a handful of times since Gemma, 38, and Gorka, 32, welcomed their second child together.
The couple, who met on Strictly in 2017, announced their son, Thiago Thomas Marquez, had arrived on July 17. They said at the time of sharing the happy news that their family was 'complete' just over four years after their first child, daughter Mia, was born. She took to her Instagram Story on Saturday (August 12) as she shared a double whammy when it comes to parenting milestones.
