Friends and family of the late Broadway actor Gavin Creel will host a public memorial celebration at Broadway’s St. James Theatre on Monday, December 2 at 4 p.m./ET, with the tribute continuing the next evening with the dimming of marquee lights at all Broadway theaters.
The tradition light dimming, announced today by the Broadway League’s Broadway Theatre Owners Committee, will occur on Tuesday, December 3 at 6:45 p.m./ET.

The beloved, Tony-award-winning Creel, died at his home on Monday, September 30. He was 48 years old and had been battling an aggressive cancer.
