Ruth Jones, the creator of Gavin and Stacey and actress behind iconic character Nessa, has revealed she spotted a "glaring continuity error" in the show's iconic 2019 Christmas special.
As fans of the hit BBC sitcom laughed and cried through the much-anticipated Christmas Day finale this year (spoilers are ahead), we finally saw Smithy (Ruth's co-creator James Corden) and Nessa make it official.
It was the moment fans had been waited for, since being left on a jaw-dropping cliffhanger back in 2019 when Nessa got down on one knee for Smithy.The episode was a total smash, with an eye-watering 18.49 million viewers glued to their screens.
However, chatting on Magic Radio recently, Ruth admits she has spotted an error in the penultimate episode - and it’s all about Pam’s Christmas puddings.
