Garth Brooks fans are salivating at the prospect of the country music icon finally returning to Ireland to play a string of concerts at Croke Park next year.
But the superstar appears to have lost a few friends in places here since his Croke Park no-show saga hit the headlines seven years ago.
A new Ireland Thinks poll for the Irish Mail on Sunday reveals most people are not in favour of Brooks being allowed to perform if he makes similar demands for a string of Croker concerts this time around.
A total of 58 per cent of people polled in our survey said they do not want the concerts to go ahead if the singer gives another ultimatum of ‘five concerts or no concerts’.
