Gabby Logan will mark her 18th year at the BBC by becoming one of three new Match of the Day presenters replacing Gary Lineker next season.
Logan, 51, has been at the corporation since January 2007 and is among its highest-paid stars. For contributing to their 2022 sports coverage, including presenting from the men's World Cup and Women's European Championship in 2022, plus Sports Personality of the Year, she received a salary of between £240,000 and £250,000.
However, the BBC's latest annual report in July 2024 did not publish the salary paid to her as Logan did not earn over a £178,000 minimum threshold to make those figures public.
She reputedly has a net worth of around £4million. After being named in Scotland's squad for the Six Nations under-20s Championship, Reuben Logan attracted national media attention in January, having previously played for England's under-18s and under-20s.
