The episode ended with it being heavily hinted (but not confirmed) that Claire and Jamie's first daughter, Faith Fraser, actually lived and didn't die at birth.
In the final scene, Fanny Pocock (Florrie May Wilkinson) was discovered by Claire singing a song which immediately caught Claire’s attention.
It was the same exact song she sang to her stillborn baby, Faith convincing her she somehow survived and gave birth to Jane and Fanny, who would be Claire’s grandchildren.
