Future chefs invited to taste success in schools regional recipe challenge

Aspiring young chefs are being invited to take part in a cook-off challenge by creating tasty recipes using quality produce from Lanarkshire’s own natural larder.Regional food group, Lanarkshire Larder, proudly lists among its members food and drink producers, restaurants, cafés, hotels and farm shops who all share a passion about the provenance and quality of the products they make or sell.The group’s aim is to increase awareness of the diverse range of quality food and drink from Lanarkshire – an area it believes warrants recognition as a culinary centre of excellence.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
