Furious couple claim £700 dispute at centre of Ayrshire caravan nightmare

Ayrshire site owner.Ronnie Paterson, 66, and his wife Christine, 63, say a £700 cash dispute is preventing them from moving their caravan off Prestwick Holiday Park.Now Ronnie has enlisted the help of legal eagles in his bid to remove his caravan from the site which is owned by Arthur McKay.He said: “Initially, our family caravan was owned by the late Mr and Mrs William Steel (Christine’s parents), who traded in their almost new touring caravan for a static caravan on this site.“The static caravan is an Atlas Moonstone Year 2003.“Mr and Mrs Steel received no paperwork from McKay (i.e: bill of sale, terms and conditions, tenure etc).The Ayrshire Live app is available to download now.Get all the local news in your area – plus features,.
