Here, we reveal some of the top low-calorie swaps you can make in ­restaurants to keep your wallet ­bulging, not your belly.

Wetherspoons Swap a chicken tikka masala at 1,105 calories and 46g fat for beef chilli at 780  calories and 22.6g fat. This will save 325 calories – a 40min run.

Nando's Swap 10 chicken wings at 806 calories and 41.5g fat for half a chicken at 588 calories and 29.3g fat, saving 218 calories or 15mins of pull-ups.
