The most and least expensive properties sold across Greater Manchester in the last few months have been revealed. Between July and September, Trafford was home to six of the priciest houses in our region, with the most expensive selling for £2.5 million.
The borough of Bolton also saw a couple of sales with hefty price tags, with a home in Worsley also going for near a million. The cheapest home went for £33,000 at the start of September. The latest Land Registry data comes as average house prices across the UK increased by 10.6
