On Thursday 15 August, news broke that five people are now facing charges over his death, as revealed by United States Attorney Martin Estrada during a press briefing.
It was back in May when the LAPD announced they were investigating Matthew's passing with help from the Drug Enforcement Agency.
The actor's personal aide along with two medical professionals and others who had ties to "the ketamine Queen" have been formally charged for their part in providing ketamine, reports the Mirror.
