Kayti Edwards, 47, who had a relationship with Perry in 2006 and later worked as his assistant in 2011, remained friends with him until his passing in October 2023.Speaking to The Mirror US, Edwards claimed that, beyond those facing criminal charges, Perry had access to a network of unethical medical professionals who provided him with narcotics for over a decade, lured by the large amounts of money he could pay.
Perry, famed for playing Chandler Bing on Friends where he earned $1 million per episode, openly discussed in his autobiography how he spent $7 million on his battle with addiction, which included 15 rehab stints.
Edwards accused healthcare providers of exploiting Perry's wealth for their gain. She alleged: "They said that he was paying $5,000 for a $12 vial of ketamine.
