Fresh appeal as wanted man with face tattoo remains at large

Officers first appealed for help to track down the 23-year-old at the end of last month. Billinge remains at large, Cheshire Police revealed in a fresh appeal today (March 21).

He has short, black hair and brown eyes. He is originally from Macclesfield and frequents the area. Anyone with information on his whereabouts, or who spots him, should contact officers.
