EXCLUSIVE: France tv distribution has acquired international sales rights to Nicolas Keitel’s lost sister drama The Girl Without A Name (Louise) starring Diane Rouxel alongside Cécile de France and Salomé Dewaels.
The company will launch international sales on the picture at Unifrance’s French-language film-focused Rendez-Vous in Paris meeting next week.
The drama is one of the first productions to come out of Gabman, the Paris-based company created by Mars Films co-founder and CODA associate producer Valerie Garcia in 2022.
Rouxel (Beasts, Head Above Water) stars as Marion, a woman who runs away from home as a teenager and assumes a new identity when her mother (de France) gets back together with a violent partner.Some 15 years later, Marion decides to seek out younger sister Jeanne (Dewaels), who she left behind as a small child.
