The Brazilian broke his league goal drought, which stretched back to October, just after the half hour mark tapping home from close range after Anthony Martial's shot was parried by Keylor Navas.
United continued to pour on the pressure with Bruno Fernandes continually thwarted by Forest's 'keeper. However, with less than 15 minutes to go, the Brazilian had a hand in the goal that sealed the contest.
