Bayern Munich have approached former Manchester United manager Ralf Rangnick to explore the possibility of appointing the German.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was sacked as United boss in November 2021 after a string of dreadful results and Rangnick was appointed on an interim basis, despite not having recent managerial experience.

However, Rangnick's tenure didn't go as planned, performances got worse and United recorded their lowest points total in a Premier League season.
