Former Manchester United boss David Moyes has landed a new job in football. Moyes left his role as manager of West Ham in the summer after spending nearly five years in charge in what was his second stint at the London Stadium.
The former United boss was replaced by Julen Lopetegui earlier this summer and it has not taken long to find a new role. Journalist Henry Winter has reported that Moyes has landed a role with UEFA where he will work as a technical observer.
The 61-year-old has been joined in the role by Gaareth Southgate, who stepped down as manager of the England national team following the conclusion of Euro 2024.
The role will involve Moyes attending matches - likely to be in the Champions League, Europa League and Europa Conference League - on behalf of UEFA and reporting back findings to the football governing body.
