A f ormer flight attendant has shared why she hates it when passengers gather in the galley. Cabin crew members tend to know the ins and outs of air travel, and are always full of helpful tips.

This includes things that you should never do, such as resting your head on a plane window and drinking plane coffee. Some may find that they are unwittingly making a cabin crew member's job more difficult than it has to be, reports the Daily Star.

Madeline Forsyth, a former flight attendant, revealed one of her pet peeves when she was working 35,000ft in the air. She toldNarcitythat she hates it when passengers decide to relax and linger around in a plane's galley.

This is the area where the crew store the food and drink, sit down and eat their own meals. It’s a slightly larger section of the plane – usually by the lavatory – where it may feel better to stretch your legs.
