An ex-employee of the Sussexes has revealed that Prince Harry's fear of history repeating itself is preventing him from being 'free'.A former worker at the Archewell Foundation has disclosed Meghan's true feelings about Harry's legal fight to reinstate police protection for himself and his family.

The insider alleges that Meghan, 42, fully backs the duke's dispute but "wants him to be free" from his lawsuits and stop bearing the burden of litigation. The source reportedly said that the mother-of-two understands that Harry's love for their children, Archie, five, and Lilibet, three, is stopping him from giving up.

The tragic death of his mother, Princess Diana, in a fatal car crash in Paris in 1997 also weighs heavily on him and motivates him to secure personal security for his family. The former employee told PEOPLE Magazine that Meghan "supports Harry 100 percent but she wishes he could let go of these lawsuits, be happy and live in the moment".

They added: "She wants him to be free of all of this, but she also knows that because of everything he's been through and his love for [her and their children], he can't." The source disclosed: "She wants him to live in a world where he is not burdened by this", reports the Mirror.
