The owners of a former bingo hall in South Lanarkshire have been urged to clean it up and criticised for refusing to reveal their plans for the building.Rutherglen’s SNP representatives claim the owners of the former Mecca Bingo on the town’s Main Street, which is up for sale, have failed to respond to their communications after contacting them about the empty property after receiving complaints from constituents.As Lanarkshire Live has previously reported, the bingo hall has become a target for antisocial behaviour and vandalism.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

CDLH have told Lanarkshire Live that they replied to the politicians' emails acknowledging them and forwarded them to the property's owners to allow them the opportunity to respond.
