It comes as the family of four-year-old Nini Ogunbameru desperately try to raise £80,000 for an operation that could transform her quality of life.
Nini, who lives with her family in Openshaw, was left disabled after being starved of oxygen at birth. She was not crying or breathing and spent three weeks fighting for life on an intensive care unit.
