A new food and drink festival is coming to Greater Manchester this May featuring a weekend of gastronomic delights, live entertainment, cooking demonstrations and family fun.
The South Manchester Food and Drink Festival will take place at Wythenshawe Park and Gardens from May 18 to 19. There will be a large artisan market featuring local traders and small businesses as well as a street food arena selling everything from Middle Eastern delights to classic Yorkshire favourites.
The event comes from the same organisers behind the Heaton Park Food & Drink Festival, which has been running since 2022, and will also feature live chef demonstrations hosted by Great British Bake Off star Mak Patel.
The line-up of chefs will be announced in the near future.
