A man who tragically died after being stabbed on Tuesday night (December 3) has been pictured. A murder probe is underway after Jack O'Brien, 27, who was knifed in an attack in Leigh, later died in hospital.
Emergency services, including an air ambulance, were scrambled to the scene on Siddow Common at around 6.50pm. Multiple cordons were put in place amid investigations.
Jack was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries from the scene. On Wednesday morning, his sister Courtney Balmer told the M.E.N there was 'fifty fifty' chance of his survival.
