The government refuses to commit to funding repairs at crumbling Stepping Hill hospital. That's despite images taken inside showing flooded floors and collapsed ceilings that forced an evacuation.

Those incidents have led to a serious dip in the capacity for outpatients appointments and the hospital's intensive care department being out of action for days.
