Flo Rida’s son is being treated in the ICU after sustaining serious injuries from a life-threatening fall. We’re sad to report that the Right Round rapper’s baby momma Alexis Adams filed a civil lawsuit Monday after their 6-year-old son, Zohar Dillard, fell from a fifth story apartment window in New Jersey earlier this month.
According to court documents obtained by multiple outlets, the tragedy occurred on March 4, and left the child, who was born with a rare neurological disorder, with fractures to his pelvis and left foot, a grade three liver laceration, collapsed lungs, and internal bleeding.
He currently remains in a local hospital’s intensive care unit after receiving treatment for three weeks. Adams, who is no longer with Flo Rida, wrote in a statement to News12 New Jersey Thursday: Steven Haddad, Adams’ lawyer, told TMZ early Thursday morning Zohar fell from at least 50 feet, and is currently in a full body-cast and can barely move.
