A flight attendant has detailed her daily routine - and safe to say it's a lot of hard work with her always being on her feet.

Known as gracehlondon on TikTok, Grace shared a 'day in the life' video, capturing everything from service to landing at her destination.As an international flight attendant frequently assigned to long-haul flights, she shared herself on an extended journey to Orlando, Florida.

Cruising at 40,000 feet and several time zones away from the UK, she reveals exactly what she and her crew do and how they prepare for a flight.
