Falkirk. The incident, which took place in the Langlees area of the town, happened at around 5.30pm on Saturday, October 17.A 40-year old woman, was walking alone on a footpath near David's Loan close to the Celtic gym, when she was approached by a man who appeared from some nearby bushes.
The suspect then took hold of her arm and exposed himself, before running off along David’s Loan - possibly in the direction of the sewage works.
The man is described as white, slim build, aged in his late 30s or early 40s with short black hair. He was wearing a black jacket, a black tracksuit and white trainers.
Inspector Bill Donohoe stated that the woman was fortunately not injured in the incident but had been left "extremely upset" by what happened..
