Earlier this week, former The Saturdays singer Mollie King joined Dermott O’Leary to guest present This Morning, and it seems viewers had to do a double take after mistaking the singer for former host Holly Willoughby who left the show earlier this year. “Mollie King looks a bit too much like Holly today,” one viewer wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter), whilst another tweeted: “Just got home from work, turned on #ThisMorning and had a do a double take because I thought Holly was back.” A third joked: “Wonder if Holly is going to phone up and thank Mollie for being a great stunt double.” Aside from having a similar figure and a shoulder-length blonde bob (which they both regularly choose to style in waves), it seems even Mollie’s wardrobe has taken some inspiration from Holly’s, who used to share her outfits and where each item was from over on Instagram each day after hosting the show.

However, Mollie’s presenting role isn’t the first time the two have accidentally twinned, with Mollie regularly wearing outfits that look very similar to ones Holly has worn in the past.

It’s no secret that both women have impeccable style, so we can’t say we blame Mollie for looking to some of Holly’s best outfits once in a while.

Here are five of our favourite times that Mollie and Holly twinned. Knitwear on This Morning You can’t go wrong with a cosy roll neck jumper in the winter, and it seems both Mollie and Holly agree, with Holly opting for a ribbed knit burgundy version during her time on the show, whilst Mollie channelled a similar vibe during her guest presenting role.Their love of a pink collared mini dress It seems both Holly and Mollie are a huge a fan of a collar mini dress, particularly when it comes in this summer shade.
