Five people were rushed to hospital after a hit and run on a Scots road last week. Emergency services raced to Burnbank Road in Hamilton around 6pm on Friday November 5 after a dark coloured SAAB collided with another vehicle and failed to stop.
The five occupants of the car were treated at the scene and taken to Hairmyres Hospital for further treatment.Police are trying to trace the driver of the other car involved in the incident and are urging anyone with information to get in touch.
