Five crewmembers have been confirmed dead following a devastating plane crash at Japan's Haneda airport. Japan media outlet NHK TV reported that while all 379 occupants of flight JAL-516 were successfully evacuated, five crewmembers on a coast guard plane have died.
The Japanese Coast Guard said the pilot of its plane managed to escape. Local footage captured a large eruption of fire and smoke coming from the side of the Japan Airlines plane on the runway.

just click here to give it a go. Swede Anton Deibe, 17, was a passenger on the Japan Airlines plane. He told Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet that the entire cabin was filled with smoke within a few minutes.
