Five Guys lands at Middlebrook Bolton as American diner chain expands

Popular burger brand Five Guys has brought a new American-style diner to Bolton. The 15th north west restaurant for the chain, it's opened next door to TGI Fridays at the Middlebrook Retail and Leisure Park close to the Bolton Wanderers' stadium.

Five Guys was first established in 1986 by the Murrell family in Virginia and launched in the UK with its first opening in London's Covent Garden in July 2013. A spokesperson for the chain said: "Using only the freshest, locally sourced produce, Five Guys is the UK’s favourite destination for the ultimate high-quality, guilt-free treat.

Boasting over 250,000 possible burger order combinations, the choices are endless - whether you’re in the mood for a double- or single-patty hamburger, hot dog, grilled cheese or even a lettuce wrapped burger. "For those who want even more - cajun spiced or salted fries, also available in three serving sizes, are the best accompaniment to any meal, followed by the most delicious milkshakes around." The new restaurant also gives foodies living locally the chance to share their burger cravings with friends, family or co-workers, using Five Guys’ new Group Order feature.
