The sudden death of a "fit and healthy" mum-of-two, 55, remains a mystery after she died whilst waiting for an appointment with her GP.
An inquest was told that mum-of-two Helena Maffei had been waiting to speak to her GP for three hours, but when they eventually called her back, Mrs Maffei was having a seizure.
