As for when Brits woke up, the average alarm was set for 7:10 am each morning on a workday, writes the Mirror. It isn't a pleasant start for most with 51 percent of the 2,000 adults polled opting for an “aggressively loud” alarm tone to start the day.
But that loud wake up call doesn't always work, with 66 percent of those polled admitting they are so tired in the morning, they sleep their alarm at least twice a week.
