A woman who was found stabbed to death in a flat on millionaire’s row has been formally identified by police. Officers were called to the property near Hyde Park in Westminster, London, on Sunday after worried friends raised the alarm.They forced their way inside the Stanhope Place property before finding the body of Kamonnan Thiamphanit.
The 27-year-old had suffered a number of stab wounds with her death being treated as murder.No arrests have yet been made, the Mirror reports.
Yesterday it was revealed two high-pitched screams were heard by a neighbour before the body was found.The neighbour, who did not give her name, said: “I did hear very, very high-pitched screams on Sunday evening coming from that direction.
A series of screams. I recall two – I’m very sensitive to sound.“They were very unusual. There was no other sound other than the screams, then silence after.
