A spate of firebomb attacks are continuing to plague a Scots town.Multiple vehicles have been torched in Glenrothes, Fife, after thugs began a rampage involving at least half a dozen incidents over the past week.
The latest attack saw emergency crews race to a residential street in the area after receiving reports of a car engulfed in flames during the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Images from the scene show the vehicle - which is dangerously close to a block of terraced homes - ablaze as concerned residents look on.Firefighters attended the scene and put out the flames.
There were no casualties.It comes after crews were scrambled to an incident on Melville Close on Saturday following reports of a vehicle on fire at 3am.The incident is currently being probed by Police Scotland and comes just one week after firebomb thugs sparked two nights of terror, torching garages, motors and caravans in the town.During the mayhem, a row of 13 residential garages were deliberately set aligh as well as a caravan and several cars.
