Fife. Police were called to reports of a blaze on St Clair Street in Kirkcaldy around 8am on Tuesday July 6. Pictures from the scene posted online by Fife Jammers show smoke billowing out from the roof of a property, with officers and fire crews standing by.Three appliances were scramble to the blaze, which took place on the top floor flat of a three-storey building.Thankfully no-one has been injured in the incident, with the fire having been put out.
A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed: "Police were called around 8am following the report of a fire at an address on St Clair Street, Kirkcaldy." A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 7.53am on Tuesday, July 6 to reports of smoke coming from a property.
