TV star and journalist Fiona Phillips has shared a heartbreaking update two months after bravely revealing her Alzheimer's diagnosis.

The 62-year-old got the devastating news last year, after she began suffering months of brain fog and anxiety. She previously told the Mirror the disease has 'ravaged' her family, after losing both her parents to Alzheimer's.

She is currently being injected with drugs as part of a clinical trial searching for a cure.
