Fiona Phillips has said she regrets ever agreeing to being on Strictly Come Dancing. The former GMTV host, 60, appeared on the hit BBC One show back in 2005 when she was partnered up with pro dancer Brendan Cole.

And despite there being a lot of water under the bridge since, it seems as though Fiona reignited her long-standing feud with Brendan.

Referring to the pro dancer as a "rough old taskmaster," Fiona reflected on her Strictly stint. “I should never have done it", Fiona exclusively told The Mirror. "Even as a teenager I hated getting on the dance floor." She went on: “It’s funny but for someone who has spent a lot of time in broadcasting, I’ve always been quite shy and have low self-esteem. “I felt so self-conscious, but I thought,
